According to the legal decision, “Natko” is obliged to pay Orion compensation in amount RUB 1,081,000.

At the same time “Natko” belives that Orion infringes “Natko” intellectual rights. On July Moscow Arbitration tribunal considered an action of the Novosibirsk company. Within the frame of this action the Novosibirsk company demands cessation of mushrooms-shaped cookies production, because this company owns rights for industrial designs of 16 variants of confectionery in a mushroom shape on the territory of the Russian Federation. However, the Arbitration Tribunal dismissed a case: in description of “Natko” industrial design it is mentioned that mushrooms have flat stipes, but Choco Boy cookies have extensional stipes as it was mentioned by legal decision.
